Shipping policy

If you need a change made to your order you should contact Up in the Attic Collectibles at intheatticcollectibles@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing the order. We can either adjust or cancel your order before it has shipped. Usually there is at least a 12-hour window after the order is placed to try to adjust some items, ask to combine shipping costs from multiple orders or to cancel your order in its entirety. However, there is no guarantee that you will be able to cancel or adjust the order before the order has shipped. If the order has shipped please refer to our return policy for details on how to return them. 

All orders will be shipped in protective packaging to protect the contents of the order. Please know that Up in the Attic Collectibles cannot be held liable for any delays or failure to deliver for reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to fires, strikes, lockouts, riots, war, acts of God, supplier delays, machinery breakdown and government acts and/or regulations. Please view the shipping rates and delivery times on the checkout prior to purchase as Up in the Attic Collectibles will not be responsible for any delays in shipping based on user error. All Flat Rates will be delivered under standard shipping.
