Refund policy
Returns will only apply to factory-sealed merchandise. After receiving any factory-sealed merchandise you may return the product, if the product is damaged for any reason, within 48 hours of receipt. To return the product you must contact intheatticcollectibles@gmail.com within 48 hours of the product being received. Once you are given approval for the return, return the merchandise in the same condition it was sent, and we will refund your purchase price, less the shipping charges. If the return is being made due to a mistake on the Up in the attic collectibles part, we will also refund you the shipping cost as well. If a product was damaged in shipping Up in the Attic Collectibles will either refund you the cost of purchase or send you a replacement product. In order to be eligible for a refund, the product must be unopened in its original packaging. If an item was sent to you sealed (for example, a sealed starter deck) and you opened the item for any reason, that item cannot be returned. There are no exceptions to this policy. Upon receipt we will inspect the product and determine that it meets this criteria. Any returned goods that fail to meet this criteria will not be eligible for a refund. Returns must be sent to us with adequate packaging and correct postage to ensure safe and timely arrival. Up in the Attic Collectibles is not responsible for any taxes or brokerage fees which may be incurred on international returns. Up in the Attic Collectibles reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on any returned goods. If you do choose to return a sealed product, your Order Number will act as your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Only returns that are accompanied by an RMA number will be accepted.
Single card are not eligible for a return refund process. All Singles are final sale.
